  1. Evidently Pacheco played last year with a torn labrum and played in the superbowl with a broken hand. https://rutgerswire.usatoday.com/2023/05/06/source-isiah-pacheco-played-in-the-super-bowl-with-a-broken-hand-and-a-torn-labrum/
  2. Yeah really good athlete. He can dunk too.
  3. You're forgetting the TB win. Brady is 7-3 I know I mentally blocked out 2021 too lol
  4. Think the game is in November. What a crock
  5. Next year the NFC has the extra home game so it would likely be an away game anyway, I suppose
  6. To be fair, this comes from a German newspaper reporter so who knows.
  7. Of course any given Sunday, but I don't know about fewer good QBs in his time. Since it's superbowl wins you have to include the NFC too. Favre, Brees, A-A-Ron, Cry Me a Rivers, Manning, the other Manning, Big Ben, Gannon, Kurt Warner, Thigpen, Romo, Matty Ice, Palmer, Cam before he broke in half, Andrew Luck, and lots of other "well if they have a great team around them then maybe..." QBs.
  8. Just a reminder for @jetlord - all those QBs could absolutely win a superbowl. But they all have to go through Mahomes first. In fact, Mahomes is the only AFC QB that doesn't have to go through Mahomes, so that alone is an advantage.
  9. If he wants in the national conversation for goat, I think it will take 5. Until then Brady has no real competition. He's got to get past all the rest with 4 wins, mostly Joe Cool. With what we've seen so far, 3 more is doable. He's already the best we've ever seen, I just mean the national perception will be hard to shake up with less than 5 imo.
  10. Can't be said enough that we are living in the golden age of Chiefs football. Mahomes needs 3 more superbowl wins to be in the 🐐 conversation imo.
  11. It entirely depends on how they're structured. Could be bonuses based on starts, i.e. 250k per start. If the bonuses are metric based, then if they reached those metrics during the year prior they count on current years cap (aka LTBE aka likely to be earned incentives). If they didn't reach the metrics in the prior year they are NLTBE aka Not LTBE and count towards the next year's cap only if they are earned. For example, if I have a bonus for starting 7 games but started 6 games last year they are NLTBE. If I hit 7 starts and earn the bonus it counts towards the following years cap. If i start 6 games again the bonus just goes away.
  12. Personally I think they're just hedging their bets. Can't wait to see the details. I'd be surprised if this is not an incentive heavy contract with our cap space.
  13. Interesting. 124 starts at LT. Down year last year after he was injured in the opener. Better vs pass than run. Still only 29.
