  1. What sites? He's not the bendy edge type that usually gets paid big so the teams that want him will be a bit limited compared to some guys. He's strictly a 43 end as well amd doesn't have 34 versatility or the size to hold up as a 3 tech. He certainly could get overpaid as it only takes 2 teams bidding against each other but I'm not sure I see an overpay on him. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/arizona-cardinals/zach-allen-29101/market-value/
  2. Danna gets most of his pressures when they shift him inside. He has yet to show he can consistently get pressure outside. Allen is young, gets good pressure numbers inside and outside and sets a hard edge like Frank Clark, plus I don't think he'll command that much in FA. Ascending player.
  3. I mean, if anyone is worth resetting the tackle market. Currently 28. Consistent excellence.
  4. 100% this. Make it happen. Veach. That solves a lot of problems.
  5. lol yeah saw that. Looked healthy in that workout. Watch the Rams pay it. Honestly if he's back to where he was, that's not a bad price considering the current going rate for top receivers. Question is the medicals on him.
  6. There are question marks on all of the offensive tackles. Less so on Paris Johnson.
  7. No thanks. Rather pay Zach Allen. Seems like a total Spags end and not a diva.
  8. Yeah I mean I guess it depends on the price for me.
  9. I still think he'll be out of our price range. Especially if we go after a tackle or a defensive end like Zach Allen.
  10. Markus Golden released. Has had a few double digit sack seasons. Probably be cheap.
  11. I just don't see Nolan Smith not going high after the combine. But I also don't see Spags going for him when there are guys that fit what he likes throughout day 1 and 2. Even some day 3 guys. I guess it just depends on how they view the tackles. I have to think based on the leaks that Veach wants a long term solution at LT that he really likes quite a few of them. Not sure how many of them can play on the left right away after the first 2 tiers though.
  12. I think it may be more likely that a DE we like is there at 31 than an OT we like. The OT's may go early which would push up some of the 2nd tier guys into the first. DE is deep and a lot of bigger guys like Spags' likes.
  13. We all know why. Cause you're a bandwagoner.
  14. That would be a separate thing. The conditional 7th in the trade would only show when they release the final draft order. With how little Fenton played for them I can't see us getting anything.
  15. Looks like he only played in 2 games for the AtL. Did he get hurt? Doubt we get anything.
  16. Don't think I ever saw the conditions for the 7th from Atlanta but they wouldn't announce it with comps. Probably when they set the final draft order.
  17. Honestly doesn't matter on either of those guys. If names are being thrown out on the trade block this close to free agency it usually means they're gonna get cut. I honestly wouldn't pay anything. No need to take on either contract. If u want em start clean with a new contract in free agency.
  18. That's actually 1 less than projected. There was a chance it was gonna be 3 plus the poles comp we traded for toney.
  19. Just because someone pays what he's asking has no bearing on whether we should have let him go. There are quite a few run first teams he would dominate with. That's just not us.
  20. Both sides have a point. Good left tackles get capital P paid, not just great ones, so he's probably right to bet on himself. And KC won't and shouldn't overpay for a guy that's not great in our system.
  21. He's gonna be on the street in less than a week. If he wants a ring he knows where to knock. If he wants a bag, keep on truckin.
