    Lewis played in the media black hole of KC and didn't have flashy, self-promoting press conferences. So, he got no publicity and was unknown outside of the KC fanbase. Lewis was better than Sanders. There is no question.

    I didn't list their names to put them down. Not at all. I was a fan of every one. Green, in particular, was a SB quality QB and would have a ring if KC had a defense in 2003.

    Sanders was the most over rated player in my life time. He was an excellent cover guy, yes. But, Lewis was better. And Lewis made tackles.

    50 years. I'm thinking back on all those seasons. Livingston, Kenney, that other guy, DeBerg, that guy from Seattle, Grbac, Green, Thigpen, Cassell, Smith ..... Every season hoping for a SB. Several seasons actually believing it. Let down every year. Not this year.
