Was just curious. See people in here bitch about just about everything but does nothing about. I was curious, so instead of talking about it in here I actually acted on it.

Won't happen. The Chiefs have NEVER opened at home against Denver. Opened at home against every AFC West team past and current, i.e. Seattle, but never against Denver. However, Denver has hosted the Chiefs before on opening day. I wrote the NFL about this and of course it fell on deaf ears.

Sorry, but I don't see where an unproven player is better than a proven vet. As you all know, the draft is a crapshoot. Sometimes you win, but many times you lose. Multiple first round picks maybe but not 1.

Jones has wizened up over the last year or so. Before it was all about sacks. Now he has learned that it's better to read the play and react accordingly vs going all out bull rush. The knocked down passes prove he's matured as a Dlineman.

I don't disagree, but one could say that without Williams effort they wouldn't have scored twice in the 4th. It's a QB ran sport and they are the ones who will get the recognition and the blame rightfully so. Right or wrong everyone else is considered part of the supporting cast.

The SB MVP is that games MVP and I understand the argument that Williams should have been the MVP. If it was the teams MVP then Honey Badger would have won it since he won the teams MVP.

I'll wait for my next trip to Korea and adachie to make me one for less than $50.

SB MVP, much like the Heisman are pretty much QB awards. That is unless a player single handedly wins the game for their team. Since Mahomes led the 4th quarter come from behind victory, Williams was going to have to have a SB record game. Had they won and Mahomes played like he did in the other 3 quarters Williams probably would have won. The NFL tends to push the league in the direction they want. Mahomes being the perceived face of the league, left him as the only choice for SB MVP. I would have been ok either way, hell I would have been ok will Sammy winning it as well.

I said this awhile ago. The Chiefs could win the SB and people would still find something to complain about. Heck, it hasn't even been a full week yet.

Mahomes knows, baring anything bad happening next year, he will be paid. So I don't think them getting a deal done this year is as critical unless the Chiefs are afraid the price will go up.

How many times have I heard that reversed in here? Chiefs blew that game or the Chiefs choked. It's a fans reaction to their team losing a game they probably shouldn't have.

I hope your right but again, comparing different generations. Some would say "the great generation" had a better drive and worked harder then later generations. I believe players are going to have shorter careers then their predecessors. There are some that say farmers have different/better work ethic than an officeworker. May be true but I could point out exceptions as well. Rivers and Brady are different then todays QBs. Not better, not poorer just different mindset.
