Hate to see four starters dropped from the D including the three most counted on, but it had to be done for long term success. The down side is that the new D may not look so good this season and if the O is clicking, we could see a repeat of last year. A few years down the road will be the real test and the Chiefs have to keep the offense at the top. They’re not done. There’s the draft and mid season Adding. Remember, with those starters, we sucked. With those starters, we couldn’t make a stop when it counted.

We don't know that their replacements will be better yet. Better scheme, better use of players like Speaks, Hitchens, and KPass, new players; they all might improve the D, but we need to see it to be convinced it will happen this season.
