The 2nd one is crazy and unprecedented, considering his age and experience and we're not likely to see something like that again - I mean a 1st year starter. You would think that a team that is averaging at least 28 points a game will win a lot of games and not need to play the starters week 16 but who knows with our defense. Not saying its impossible and he looks to be a player that could but that would be tough. On the flip side if our defense is a lot worse than last year and we are scoring 28 and still playing catch up at the end then its way more possible. Plus the fact that Reid takes the foot off the pedal with a lead in the 4th quarter. Unless every game turns into a shootout (and God please don’t let that be the case this year), Reid will milk the clock with a decent lead. As he should. Seemed that the talking heads estimated an average of 40/4000 for Mahomes over his career depending on how long Andy Reid stays on as head coach.
