The clear difference today was coaching and QB.

Ravens and Habarough were desperate from the get-go. Going for it on 4th downs, trying 2-point conversion after every score..

Chiefs had control from the start. Was never worried, even after those lucky hail Marys Jackson made towards the end.

Chiefs are on fire.

When you factor in today’s game, we are 27th in the nfl against the run. The run defense is what killed us in the loss to the pats.  This is why I think mortgaging picks for a corner is a bad decision

We’ve got to be better vs run but when you get up big, it’s going to open up running game.  And a high level corner will let you use a safety more there.  Plus the reality is we’ve faced 3 very average passing teams. Stafford is our first test in that regard

140 or so of KC rushing isn't too shabby for a team without a starting RB and starting OT.  With all the talk about keeping the Chiefs' O off the field with long drives, the Ravens only won the TOP by 32-28

Go, Texans.

We need to be able to run early in the game as well and get some yards/points off of it. That will be critical later in the season. McCoy coming in so late is probably a factor but I think Reid will need to put some emphasis on the run game as well. Shouldn't be that hard since Mahomes can pin the secondary deep with a couple throws early on.

He's playing ok. As a group....not good.

If Claiborne gets up to speed and plays okay, the Chiefs can survive at DB.  They won't be good or maybe even average, but they shouldn't be eaten alive.  Best thing for the Chiefs is to get a starter in the draft and keep him four years on the cheap.  They have too many other big contracts now and several more on the horizon.
