You wonder why Arizona let him walk. Didn't think much of him before he got signed. Look at what Minkah Fitzpatrick is doing in Pitt. Transitioned to safety he's crushing it. Thornhill, hasn't impressed much he needs more time. We need more talent around HB.

I'll give Veach credit he tried for Fitzpatrick, but year Thornhill got straight up owned today.  Just watching the replays, it does look like Mathieu is playing with a bunch of JVers at times.  He looks super frustrated because of miscommunication and probably a lot of rookie mistakes.    He did say, when everyone else was sky high on Thornhill, that he has a long way to go.   Looked like he was spot on.   Seeing Thornhill get ran over by Ryan Tannehill was pretty sad.

He did play like 64% of his snaps as slot corner vs Safety for the Cards.  Maybe that’s why plus injuries

Thornhill is a FS.  For some reason, Spags keeps putting him in the box, which is not his strength.

Spags didn't have the right defense for yesterday.

I have no idea why, but the Chiefs looked to have come into the game more worried about their coverage packages than stopping the run.

They were not stacking the box and had their LBs once again 5 yards off the LOS which gave Henry a chance to run downhill all game.

It wasn't one particular player.

IDK how Spags went from having a great 3 game stretch on defense to back to running Sutton's defense again.  His defensive gameplan yesterday made 0 sense for the opponent.

Not sure about Thornhill. He has been decent at FS but can't really play as well closer to the LOS. I think his up & down performance is on Spags so far.
