jetlord 10,207
Might have come in handy if Thornhill isn't ready for the start of the season, but too rich for the Chiefs at this point.
moons314 2,463
That’s an awful contract. He’s good inside and on matchups, but he’s not an outside corner. I’d say that pick in the super bowl got him overpaid , but the skins are just a terrible organization. oldtimer

sith13 1,746
I was expecting something like 30 million over 4 years but he basically got 2nd tier outside CB money. Good to see him getting paid, should attract some FAs to KC while bringing us a 5th or something with all these QBs moving around this year. Lamardirts 2,114
We need to sit tight like the good ol Peterson days and let everyone try and play catch up with us. We definitely don’t need to be overpaying for some mid tier guys. Figure out Chris Jones first and go from there. West

Troyofoc 361
Always felt he hated leaving the skins. Works out for him he gets to go back and for good money at the same time.

Fuller would be an idiot to turn that down even if it means he won't sniff a playoff in that time.
DieHard 2,061
We weren’t stacked with Pro Bowl CBS and he still didn’t crack our top 3. No way he is worth that much money unless he really turns it around.

I think after Jones, he'd be my #2 to keep in the fold. If jones goes, I'd sign him immediately oldtimer
CranjisMcbasketball 780
The good news on cornerback is there are about 15 guys who are essentially the same person. Not out of the question to snag a couple decent guys for 4-5 mil a piece and have a solid group.
Mloe68 1,521
Fuller and Ogbah already have netted us likely a 3rd/4th and 7th round comp pick. Breeland would get us another 3rd if we don’t resign. Robinson could be next. I’m sure we will sign someone to impact formula or resign Breeland. but I think Veach could be in accumulating picks mode. As for Fuller, I like his versatility and age. But he was never consistent here and was acquired to play in the old scheme.

Breeland made some plays, but he isn't irreplaceable.

Lamardirts 2,114
This offseason is important for our future on a couple fronts. Jones being one but the other is the como formula. We signed a lot of prove it deals that didn’t just pay off on our SB run but could help us reload on picks in the future. As much as I want to active now, the prudent move is pull a Carl Peterson. Let the smoke settle and nab guys who fell through the cracks yet are the equivalent or close to guys who go overpaid. As log Veach doesn’t give Jones away for nothing we should be good.
