But we always had 9 or 10 lineman. Allegretti, Jackson, Senat were all on the roster and inactive. So according to luvhouse somehow we only had the 5 or maybe 6 actives last year? Man good thing we never had any in game injuries....or.... The 5 WR I have listed are the same ones on the roster last year. Gehrig can up for a couple game when Watkins was hurt and Hill. Remmers for his experience at multiple positions. I think Williams the udfa has a chance to make it because he's a C/G. Sherman wins over Lovett because of ST. Kinda like Nieman probably makes the roster for ST alone as much as I hate that. I think they will keep 6 WR's as to get a young guy experience for next year. Even though I would love to get rid of Reiter that just doesn't make any sense at this point. LDT retiring would be more likely but then again he wouldn't just restructure his deal. We were down to our last reserve lineman but Schwartz came back in after 1 play off. I'm not taking shots at you. I'm pointing out that you have a history of expectations for young guys ( practice squad, UDFAs, end of roster types) that most fans don't get excited about. Especially on a team defending a title. If I had my way you would be right about all of it. I want Reiter and LDT released. If it were up to me our opening day line would be Fisher, Rankin, Allegretti, Niang, and Schwartz. I think both Reiter and LDT suck. I just think they will want some of that veteran experience on the line over these unproven guys. You ought to know after this many years we agree on most things regarding personnel and roster decisions. I just disagree with you on how they will handle 1 position group.
