Big Ten, PAC 12..More to come? NFL Benefit?

With a few college conferences canceling fall football and more likely to join...Will this effect the NFL and allow them to have Saturday and Saturday night games?  Friday night games?

I hope they do have Satrurday games. Thursday ones should go away then imo. Short week means squat and ratings suck for them. Make it Saturday and Sunday and able to flex the good teams to play at night.

Contractually I don’t think the NFL can Do Saturday as it stands right now.  Big 12, SEC and ACC all plan on playing.   Admittedly I don’t know a lot about the TV contracts for college football but CBS which is usually AFC teams also handles the SEC  for college football.   Fox  which usually handles the NFC games I know broadcast quite a few Big 12 games   I think ESPN only has rights to Monday night football and the wildcard round in the playoffs but they also broadcast a mixture of all the college football conferences.

It would be really cool to get rid of the stupid Thursday games but not sure if the contracts allow that. Regardless no college football would probably mean even more ratings for the NFL.
