Chiefs declared WR Sammy Watkins, RT Mitchell Schwartz, TE Ricky Seals-Jones, RB DeAndre Washington, DE Demone Harris, LB Darius Harris and DT Khalen Saunders inactive for Week 8 against the Jets. The Chiefs could declare half their 53-man roster inactive and it would not matter against the Jets. If Watkins does not return for Week 9, the Chiefs are on bye in Week 10. As if nature could up the difficultly level any higher for the Jets. Sergio Castillo will kick for Gang Green. Joining Ficken on the shelf for today's impossible mission are WR Jamison Crowder, WR Breshad Perriman, QB James Morgan, OL Jimmy Murray, OL Cameron Clark and LB Blake Cashman.
