2021 draft

Trade Fisher to Chicago for their 2nd round pick.  They need to protect whoever is QB. Nagy the former chiefs OC brings Fisher over.  He has familiarity and comfort in the system.

Let Watkins and Robinson walk.  Pringle can replace Robinson.  And we can draft a Watkins replacement.  Save money,  and injury headache.

Cut Hitchens and let Gay take the MLB spot.  He is more physical and faster.

Release Reiter. Cut dead weight

Let Ward walk unless he signs a team friendly deal.

Resign breeland to a 1 year deal again

2. Tamorrion Terry WR FSU 6'4" 215- big, long,  and athletic WR. Has 4.4 speed. Can replace Watkins in the intermediate zones and give us another redzone target.

2. Cade Mays OL Tennessee 6'5" 330 big physical imposing presence. Plays nasty and with a mean steak.  A road grader at RG that has also played tackle.

2. Jacoby Stevens S/LB LSU 6'2" 230 a hybrid at LSU will play the WLB in the league.  Good cover skills.  Plays physical.

3. Nick Eubanks TE Michigan 6'4" 255 athletic TE that has been the victim of bad QB play.  Has a lot of upside.  Can block also.

4. Keith Taylor CB Washington 6'2" 190 fast, very fast.  Has great length too. Reminds me of our pick last year in Sneed.

5. Landon Young OL Kentucky 6'6" 320 big physical blocker.  Has good length.  Can be a swing tackle and developed to take over at RT. Plays LT for kentucky

6. Frank Darby WR ASU 6'1" 200 fast athletic kid.  Under the radar because of QB play.  And was being Harry and Ayuik.

7. William Bradley-King DE Baylor 6'4" 250 a pass rush specialist.  Good burst.  Transfer from Arkansas state.  Gives us a speed guy on passing downs.  Lots of growth potential too.

My initial thoughts as to what is needed for the future.

1. O-line - any posistion - when the talent dwindles, we'll need the Manning Brady plan

2. LINEBACKER

3. Tightend - Kelce truly makes our offense go, if anything happens to him, I think we would see a real struggle because of the lack of big body possession WR

4. Big Body possession WR

5. Edge Rusher

Fire away

4.  Possession receiver with speed who can do some of those Sammy type things.

Some blog I heard recently said the Chiefs were in line to get two fifth rounders as FA compensation.  That would make great trade capital or maybe pick up a sleeper as Veach is prone to do.  Good O-linemen can be had on the second day (rounds two and three), but if the LTOTF was there late in the first, it would be worth it for the Chiefs to replace Fisher now.

Who knows about Niang? He can be getting fully healthy while learning the play book and gaining strength. I think we need to draft a LB in the first if he is one of our BPA. Go center unless the like Kilgore or TE/CB in the 2nd and also address our RG. Allegretti has done well at LG. Him next to Niang might not be bad if we can trade Fisher for a high 2nd at this point. TE and LB with Gay this year should be good. CB will allow Ward, Fenton and Snead some play time until he is ready. TE we can grab then in the 3rd. Go BPA for these picks though.

So this genius thinks the Chiefs will ignore the O-line again?
