I guess he expected more support from the Chiefs after he kicked a woman?

He did get more support from some people in here.

Shame- nice talent. KC could use him right now. CJ-H isn't up to task

He got support but then the video came out

who is CJ-H?

meh. More of a self motivational  tool in my eyes ..but he did run with a passion as if he were wanting to get to KC to show us up, cant discount his talent and between him and Chubb it could make for along day for the defense and a short day for MVPat and company

That's how I saw it. I'm not sure he's smart enough to realize how much what he said doesn't make sense.

I was one. Guilty. He hasn’t learned.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Cleveland Browns are officially set to face off in the divisional round of the playoffs.

Ex-Chiefs RB Kareem Hunt is slated to return to Arrowhead Stadium with the Browns. This will be the first time he’s faced his former team since his release back in the 2018 season. The last time these two teams met, Hunt was actually still a member of the Chiefs.

When Hunt spoke to the media following last night’s wild-card game, he revealed that he still receives a lot of support from his former teammates in Kansas City.

“Yeah, I definitely keep in touch with those guys,” Hunt told reporters following the wild-card game. “That’s where I started and they did a lot for me. I’ve got a lot of people on that team that look out for me and care for me as a person. I care for them too.”

Hunt is coming off of a big performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he had eight carries for 48 yards and two touchdowns. One of Hunt’s strongest advocates, Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, gave him a shoutout on Twitter during the game.

Leading up to the game, don’t expect much more love between the two players, though.

“I probably won’t be doing too much talking to those guys, but maybe one or a few I’ll call and just chop it up, ask them how they’re doing and stuff,” Hunt said. “Other than that, you know, sorry but we’re enemies this week fellas.”

During the Browns’ postgame locker room celebration, Hunt was recorded on his Instagram live feed saying, “Next week’s personal, next week’s personal.” It could have simply been a heat-of-the-moment type thing as he only has himself to blame for the circumstances surrounding his release from Kansas City. Yet, when a Cleveland media member asked Hunt if he had something to prove to his former team, he didn’t answer directly.

“I don’t say too much about that,” Hunt said. “I’m just going to let my game go through.”

I take that to mean that Hunt intends to let his game do the talking. And after his big performance against the Steelers, you can rest assured that the Chiefs will be game-planning for his involvement too.

Mahomes is one of those guys. I see him tweet at hunt a bit. He did last night too.

Like a few of y'all said.   He's trying to hype himself up but he's not smart enough to realize that by him saying this it brings back up a part of his past that he needs to die and not be spotlighted.   So in essence he drug back out his own skeletons....smh.

With that said, the Browns allowed noodle arm Big Ben to throw for 500 yards and 4 TD's.     They went up 28 on a defensive TD and 3 first half ints and after that lost all momentum and when Mike Tomlin went yellow bellied coward and punted on 4th and 2 the Steelers lost momentum again.   With all that the Steelers still had a chance until Ben tossed his 4th int of the game.

What is Mahomes going to do with Hill, Kelce, Watkins and Bell?   As long as the Offense doesn't have a full first half of rust and get behind to much, which would allow Hunt/Chubb to milk the clock, we should be fine.   Our defense isn't a stout as the Steelers and the Browns will have their coaches back but I still feel confident we boat race them from the get go and force Baker into a track race they can't keep up with.

Lot of Browns players and fans riding the old "us against the world" wave. And I'm thinking have they watched the media slobber all over themselves with giddiness over the Browns winning and facing the Chiefs? Half of them sound as though they are rooting for the Browns to pull the upset. Chiefs need to make sure they don't start slow. Something they are known for....

Kareem may be talented on the field, but general IQ is low if you are kicking women in hotel hallways and lying about it. I am sure he looks at it as getting his due and beating the team that gave up on him.

Browns have been worthless since returning as an expansion team, so they have a narrative the media can sell to drive up interest. Plus, Ohio is a market because of THE Ohio State. Hopefully we do to them what Alabama did to OSU yesterday.

Truth is if Kareem Hunt wants to blame anyone he needs to blame Kareem Hunt. Chiefs don't cut him if he had come clean from the get go....but he lied and tried to cover it up. So his angst over this upcoming game has to be personal. Sitting at his locker afterwards and realizing "I should have been playing for those guys. They are going for another ring. I screwed it up".

Yes you did.

After all these off field incidences, the guy has still learned nothing. No humility and no personal responsibility, another talented lost cause jackass.

Absolutely nothing.  If that dumbass doesn't decide it's cool to beat a woman then lie to the franchise who was trying to help him, the Chiefs might very well be in pursuit of their 3rd Super Bowl instead of number 2.   I don't care if he does feel slighted, his actions hurt the Chiefs more than they hurt him.  He got a second chance to play, but the Chiefs can't get back that Super Bowl he cost them.
