This is why we are champions and will continue to be. Kid is 25 years old and identified with Hardman and just exactly what to say and let him know he still believes in him. You think Aaron Rogers does that? No, he'd just stare, pout and write you off destroying any little confidence that may remain. 

Did the same thing to Butker when he missed FG's, always noticed Mahomes ran right out to him with a smile and knew he was encouraging the guy. Badass 

Mahomes... just can't say enough about who he is versus just what he can do.

Mahomes is so good he can actually focus on making plays to raise the morale of a single player.
