Before the draft we had 4 guys on the roster Harris, Hitchens, Gay, and Niemann. 2 of the four aren't great or even good. Also, Spags like all 3 of his LB's to be bigger. That's not a Spags DE though. He loves longer DEs in the 265 -270 range that can set the edge. Either way this is a good vet flyer. Between him and Bolton I feel way better about our LB room. Danna is only 6’2” and 261. Clark is 6’3” and 260. Correa is around their height, but only 240. Regardless, I agree that he was signed to play SAM.
