The team's board and BPA aren't necessarily the same thing.  CEH was a need, in the staff's eyes, while no analyst that I'm aware of had him as the BPA when #32 rolled around.

Sometimes bpa available is not the best fit for us. So if one rb was rated as bpa, but CEH was rated up there but a better fit, we go with that. I am fine with bpa for a needed player that is best for our system.

since they asked MVPatrick who he wanted.. I'd say that means something as if  an RB was on their list but thought it was a multiple choice answer
