Rank the OT

Rank the following OTs.  I did not include any tackles that I didn't think have at least a shot of being there at 31, or tackles i suspect would be there on day 3.  Rank them primarily as tackles even though some might be best at guard.

Teven Jenkins - OSU

Samuel Cosmi - TX

Jalen Mayfield - Michigan

Alijah Vera-Tucker - USC

Liam Eichenberg - Domers

Dillon Radunz - NDSU

Spencer Brown - UNI

Jackson Carman - Clemson

Alex Leatherwood - Bama

Walker Little - Stanford

I would have to agree.  Dillon has the chance to be really good in a year or two.   Teven Jenkins I worry about against elite athletes but think he's ever bit as good as Fisher.   Cosmi is intriguing but not consistent enough to be higher on the list but also has a ton of upside.   Jaylen is my favorite at this point as he has a high ceiling and seems to have a high floor as well.

Watch we won't even draft a tackle this year.  It'll be like LB, CB, TE2, DT, WR and S lol

I think at this point I have them like this at tackle, at least for our system:

Jalen Mayfield - Michigan

Teven Jenkins - OSU

Dillon Radunz - NDSU

Spencer Brown - UNI

Samuel Cosmi - TX

Alijah Vera-Tucker - USC

Liam Eichenberg - Domers

Walker Little - Stanford

I have Vera-Tucker ranked higher overall due to positional versatility but this is just purely ranked as a tackle.  I think I am much higher on Spencer Brown than most, dude is a physical freak who can actually play.

Mayfield is my favorite.  I would be fine with trading up for him, Jenkins also.

I also really like Eichenberg, at 31or after trading back.  He is a lot like Fisher in that he won’t wow you, but will be solid from day one.

Mayfield- reminds of Wills. Would love to have him

Cosmi- has a really high ceiling.  Very athletic and long

Little- injury and sitting out hurts.  Top 10 talent

Jenkins- a good tackle prospect,  all pro guard

Eichenberg- solid.  Reminds of Fisher

Brown- potential,  could be a top level starter

Vera-tucker- jack of all trades master of none

Randunz- brown has a much higher ceiling.

Leatherwood- better off as a guard

Carman- I see him as a guard only

I like Brown a lot too. I wish he would have gotten reps at LT at the senior bowl though.  He only got RT reps.  He has the athleticism and bend to play on the left side though.

I think Little is a sleeper.  He was being lied at as a top 10 pick until his injury and then opting out.

He has size,  length,  strength,  and athleticism to be really good.  Plays nasty too. Has top level bend in his ankles

Yeah I think Brown can likely play either side as well.

Little scares me a bit due to the medical and long layoff.  Talent wise I'd put him under Mayfield.

Interesting take on Vera-Tucker.  I had him pegged as maybe the top of the OG class and one who also could translate into an above average OT.  The Chiefs could use him on the interior but also he could be groomed to replace Fisher.

Yeah.  I've been reading up on him.  There is some sentiment out there about him with this.

He doesn't have any blue chip traits.  Size,  length,  height,  athleticism,  strength,  etc...

He is very good in every aspect but not elite.

Vera-Tucker may not be blue chip but he is very good at most everything.  Very athletic for a guard and seems tailor-fit for a zone scheme like ours.  Really nice movement skills and fluid player.  Makes it look easy.  I honestly wouldn't overthink him.  If he's there at 31 I would run that card up fast.

He’s no Wiley, but yeah, I wouldn’t complain if they took him.

I agree on vera-tucker. He is good at most things.  But not elite at anything.

I wouldn't run up there for him if he is available.  If jenkins is still on the board I would take him in a heart beat over Vera-Tucker.

But I wouldn't be upset if he is the choice.

That would be a tough call for sure.  I honestly am thinking Mayfield and Jenkins are likely gone by 31.

Mayfield

Jenkins

Vera-Tucker,'

Cosmi

Radunz

Eichenburg

Leatherwood

Little

Brown

Carman

Might move Cosmi up a bit if he's put on some weight.  Need a lot of examination on Little before penciling him in.  Mayfield/Jenkins is a toss up but picked Mayfield for his upside and hope he can play the left side.  Still like AVT for his ability to play inside if not ready for OT.  Would only take the last six after trying to move from #31 to early second round.  Why has Leatherwood fallen so quickly?  Which have had their pro days?  Just too many questions to rank the OTs at this time.

I was planning on doing threads for other positions but want to see pro day results on most positions.  OLine I usually don't care about testing as much.  It's all about the tape.  Or at least it should be, IMO.

Speaking of pro days, I can't seem to find a site with actual loaded results.  My google-fu might be weak though.  Anybody got a link?

As far as I know outside of Lawrence only kansas has had a pro day.  There are some today
