I wasn't thinking about the Cards being in the NFC West because I wasn't thinking a meteorite was necessary to beat them. I was saying the meteorite would come before we played the Niners and not in the Cards game. It was a throwaway joke (because the expected response would be to say that the Niners was the one loss or that we could beat them without natural disasters). I read a blog today on profootballranking.com that I thought was worth reading. With all the injuries and offensive line problems I think that 7 or 8 wins would be good. Why didn't you come back and post after the game? O-line isn't great, but you know what they got the job done. 200 yards rushing means they are doing something right, and that was against one of the better d-lines in the league.
