Yup. Been saying it for about 5 wks now....Reid is done. 

At the end of the day, Reid can go to Spags and tell him to NOT PLAY 49 and 56 anymore. 

Reid can decide to pound the rock, run the ball and utilize the strengths of that physical oline we bought and drafted. 

Reid can draw up quick read pass plays for the offense to move the ball downfield. If Reek and Kelce are drawing double teams, THEN USE THEM AS DECOYS and throw quick slants and pick plays to Gordon, Pringle and Mckinnon/Hardman.

It's like Reid/EB take the whole damn week to game plan for the OPENING drive. After that, the offense looks like complete dog shit the rest of the game.

IMO, we've been winning games the last 3 years "Despite OF" Andy and his short-comings.  He's depended on Mahomes performing "Herculean" feats to bring the team back and all the balls bouncing our way. 

Well, the Balls are not bouncing are way anymore, and the league has figured out how to contain the "Wonder Boy". Now, Reid has to do some actual work and he doesn't seem to either want to or be able to.
