I know the Bears have their potential franchise QB in the fold but they also have a lot of dysfunction in their ownership/front office structure. The Bears have also interviewed more HC candidates, and personally it seems to me like the Vikes will be more willing to let poles have heavy input in the HC hire, which is what non dysfunctional franchises do instead of a "forced marriage." Suffice to say we are likely gonna have an extra 3rd rounder at least the next 2 drafts. Adjust your mocks. Poles is a big loss, but healthy winning franchises are factories for these good coaches and executives. Speaks to the culture in the building. Go Chiefs!
