That would mean someone would have described it the same way on the sidelines which I doubt they would have. I think Andy was just rolling with question and having some fun. Exactly. But, yes, when they make the movie of Patrick's NFL career Andy will say that on the sidelines. oldtimer
AFCWEST 1,238
I read that Mahomes was watching the Brady series and watching film on Brady. Looks to me like he is more like Brady. Getting the ball out fast and taking less risks. He seems to take the play that gets him the first down vs the big play that may work but is a lower percentage of success. Especially on third down. I think that has been the focus all season it just took him a bit to get with the program. It certainly will prolong his career. qnet and mex 1

qnet 1,150
Things didn't end the way we wanted, but I thought I'd bump this thread to show you guys something. A new nickname has been added to the list for Mahomes on Pro-football-ref.com https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MahoPa00.htm oldtimer

Maybe a break from the SB will help these cats. Sometimes ya just gotta take a step back... oldtimer

I agree with that. I would have loved for them to make it again, but at times they just looked wore out. My only concern is how long Kelce will play. Mahomes has a great chemistry with him. Veach has his work cut out for him building this thing back up.

We may need to invest quite a bit rather soon to find a replacement we can groom.
qnet 1,150
Yeah. Kelce is getting up there, and then there's the friendship angle. He almost seems like a big brother to Mahomes. Noah Gray needs to show something next season.

Fortson was showing well until he was injured. qnet and mex
