I wouldn't say tank, but 6 years in a row of AFC Champs, winning the SB and playing in another is a hell of an accomplishment. So it might not be a bad idea to take it easy for a couple of years, win some games but don't try so hard to be the top dog in thew AFC, build thru the draft and trades, then when the other teams will be in cap hell in a couple of years. Leatherwood was coming off a rookie year in which Pro Football Focus ranked him No. 80 out of 82 guards in the NFL and dead last among guards who played at least 1,000 snaps.
