How are you going to run a podcast and not get stuff right. He talks about Chenal coming off the edge with a smile as he could have taken out the QB. Ummmm…..56 is Karlaftis who actually plays edge. It’s funny as he goes off on it hope that would be so scary to see Chenal coming around the edge smiling.

The Athletic's Nick Baumgardner said Chiefs WR Justyn Ross could be a good fit the the KC offense because he "can't be overthrown."

Health remains the big caveat with Ross, who led Clemson in receiving as a true freshman alongside Tee Higgins and Hunter Renfrow before he required spinal surgery in 2019 and missed the entire 2020 season with a foot injury. Ross played in 2021 despite the foot issue, catching 46 balls for 514 yards and three touchdowns. The Chiefs signed Ross as an undrafted free agent shortly after teams passed on him in the 2022 NFL Draft. He could help the Chiefs fill the downfield targets vacated by Tyreek Hill's departure. Ross will be someone to watch in training camp.

Just gonna suck if he balls out and wants 20 mill next year because he doesn't have to follow the drafted rookie pay structure, lol...

Udfa's sign 3 year contracts and are restricted free agents in year 4.  They hit unrestricted free agency in year 5.  So pretty much the same as any non 1st round rookie.

After not being healthy for 3 years I hope Ross isn't screwing himself up badly trying to go in 100%. Looks like he'll be a decent addition but I wouldn't mind waiting on him for a year if he's not being smart about the whole thing to earn a roster spot.

He was cleared medically.....Kid is taking his shot with the best QB and Head coach combo in the league.

His future is now.

Agree.  Start out as #5 an work his way up.  If he has anything, he can beat out Fountain and Powell.  If he gets back his 2019 level, he could be #1 next year.

So you have him beating Gordon, Coleman, and Powell in the depth chart from day one? Great prospect prior to the injuries and still intriguing for 2023 and beyond but I think his best bet for this year is WR6 to begin with and a trip to the IR to protect him could be in the books as the staff focuses on getting Moore settled in the offense as a higher priority.
