Per Rotoworld:

The "domestic violence enhancer" wording stems from the fact that it was literally a domestic incident involving Jeudy and the mother of his one-month-old daughter. Jeudy is accused of "the removal of property," including locking the woman's wallet and various baby supplies in his vehicle as he sought the return of a phone. Deputies were dispatched at 10:15 AM Thursday morning for a "keep the peace" situation. Needless to say, it is never good when a player is arrested and taken to jail, but the sheriff was explicit that Jeudy is not being accused of any violent acts. Jeudy will make his first court appearance on Friday morning.

Per Schefter

Jerry Jeudy was released on bond today, with full contact allowed between him and the alleged victim, per his attorney Harvey Steinberg, who added the judge stated “there was not probable cause to believe that there was the threat or use of any physical force against the victim.”

Sounds like a non issue.

Wait locking your car qualifies as DV now?

May be if her wallet was never in the car and he grabbed it? I don't think this will be a major issue though unless something else comes up during the hearing.
