The Colts announced a few hours after Reich's firing that Saturday, former Colts center and current ESPN analyst, would serve as interim head coach. Saturday is not on Reich's coaching staff, though two former head coaches, Gus Bradley and John Fox, are. Saturday has no coaching experience at the NFL or collegiate level, which appears to be a modern NFL first. He has had a revolving door of shitty old quarterbacks given to him and largely fielded competitive teams. When you start putting the color of people as a factor for hiring interviewing whatever it automatically turns racists. There should not be any rule that says there needs to be so many of this color as coaches etc. I do not see that same line of thinking when dealing with players. I mean what if they said there needs to be so many of latino decent on each team? its just bullshit and should not be a rule.
