I think the difference is your number they're counting the Raiders and OT's they’re not.  He and his mommy own 47% but that's an asset that he can't cash out unless he sells.  And let's pray he never does.

Chiefs tendered Townsend as restricted... assuming that means we'll be able to match any other offer and keep him under contract?

They do have the right of first refusal with this tender, which means they will have the opportunity to match any offers. IF they let him go they get no Comp pick because he was undrafted, IF he signs his Tender with the Chiefs he's due  $2.67M making him the Highest paid Punter but just for 1 year  then he'll be a UFA
