I'm not sad to see him go, but then again, how many SBs would the Chiefs have won without him. Overpaid? Yep. Missed games or less than 100%? Often. An important cog in a team that had four home AFCCGs, three SBs, and two Lombardis in his four years here? For sure! Between the draft, Clark, and Ju Ju, this has all of the sudden become a rebuilding year. I heard the same thing last year going into the season that they were going to take step back and it was going to be a rebuilding year. In what many called a rebuilding year all they did was win the division for a 7th straight time host their 5th straight AFCCG and win another SB. Pretty strong argument could be made that KC is stronger team going into this season than last.
