Self scouting

Recommended Posts

I hope the chiefs really do self scout. They need to make some changes desperately. The raiders defense is pretty good now. Chiefs have no easy games down the road. They have to find some ways to move the ball through the air and score. Especially if they are going to run the ball with any consistency or commitment.

Not a great job during the bye “self scouting”

- run Justin Watson out as the number 1

- give rice less than 50% of the snaps

- score zero second half points

- ***** chiefs have 13 4th quarter points six week 3! 13 points folks

- 3 straight weeks no second half points

- dropped 6 more passes last night

- 2 red zone turnovers

- penalties

does anyone think coaches and players are tired? 5 years of running deep? The whole offensive scheme looks lack luster. The run works in the first half and then you completely go away from it. Everything looks so busted. Where’s the screen game?

raiders wont be pushed over.

I see 11-6 - 3 more losses

we have a championship defense. Just get in the playoffs and ride the defense

Clearly, Andy Reid is distracted by doing too many commercials where he probably ate 5,000 nuggies and 180 burgers and finished it off with 75 Snickers. This is why he buys State Farm Life Insurance and got the idea of bundling 8 WRs together for great salary cap savings.

To be real though, they need to clear up the cap, Mahomes needs to restructure / cut salary to make room, and they need to let some high priced guys go so they can sign good WRs, not overpriced MVS guys who are all that is left. It is a talent issue.

With Watkins, Hill and prime Kelce...defenses had to pick their poison. Someone was always going to be covered 1 on 1 and playmakers beat single coverage.  This offense doesn't have those playmakers.

Teams bracket kelce with 2 defenders and we are relying on Skyy Moore to make them pay for it. It's not working. It will be our main focus this offseason.

And we should have done more at the deadline too. The idea of Mecole bolstering your WR corps is laughable.

They triple teamed kelce on the play to Mvs. That’s what teams think of the wr group.
