Shhhh. Don’t tell them. They think only offensive coaches can win.
Thegoatee 1,780
If there is some truth to the Andy Reid retirement rumors, Spags is the next head coach in KC. No need to interview other places. Burpo The Mad Clown and Boone 1

Spags turned it around along with some nifty drafting by Veach. How many points have the Chiefs given up in the second half of the three playoff games this year? Allen and Jackson both got away from their strongest abilities. I'll give Tua a pass because of the weather. Last week the Raven fan boards were crowing about how they killed teams in the second half. Yesterday had to be a big disappointment.

But just ask the Lions and Packers what a shut down defense in the second half would mean. Just ask the Texans, Titans, and Niners of four years ago what a lack of second half defense means. Just like we give praise to QBs who can make last minute game winning drives, we can also give credit to defenses who shut down the other team in crunch time. Many of us thought the Chiefs needed 30 point games to win. What a reversal from the Sutton years.
