jetlord 10,207
The extra $7 million, if true, would help but the biggest factor for the Chiefs is Veach being able to manipulate the bonuses of several players such as Mahomes, Thuney, and several lesser contracts. It's just a matter of how much and how far he wants to kick the can down the road. It's a balance between long term flexibility and going all in for the threepeat. Next two months will be interesting and we'll all get plenty of chances to promote our opinions.

KC Warpaint 3,234
unfortunately that available cap space number has already shrunk from 25.85 to about 17.5 after end of year roster bonuses etc

Not sure why CINN has so much room and BUFF so little. Probably because the Bills have 54 players signed and Bengals 29. Still, the numbers seem a little crazy. Bummer I believe it's because quite a number of their players are not signed. The chart I posted showed only eight players. Not sure why it's presented that way.
