J Chase is unhappy... talks have stalled... he's locked in for this year and next. He's looking at their offer of 90 million in guaranteed (Jefferson is 110 million) and apparently Cincy wants to stretch it out to 2027 but with stipulations that could allow them to bail before the guaranteed sum fully takes effect. It's good to see other teams having to work out the same issues we have had over the years. Clark needs to give Veach a raise.

Kinda devils advocate  but if you’re Cincy do you pay Chase or trade him and try and get an Hill trade package.   If you’re ownership you just seen KC win back to back without a guy as talented as Chase and are in a position to go for a 3rd.  You also are paying Burrow a lot of money and while he isn’t Mahomes he is at least probably top 3 in the NFL  and do you start expecting him to do with more with less.

i say you investigate all options regarding Chase, also have to assess the situation regarding Burrow. Is his wrist healed or will it be an issue for the remainder of his career. if you don't have an elite QB then why do you need an Elite WR.

The hard part is finding a team willing to give up a Hill package. Not sure the Phins are thinking it was worth it right about now. Yeah, Hill is producing for them... no doubt about that. But at what cost?

Have to be a team with a qb on a rookie contract.  Surprisingly his new contract is very tradeable after this year.

The fact is, can they draft well if they did get picks? I don't follow their drafts lately but if they can't resign others and hit with those picks then it won't help. Mahomes is much better sure, but he also does what it takes to keep a good team around him. Will Burrow do the dame?
