Semo Mock V.2

1 - La'el Collins OT/OG 6'5" 321lbs.

Brawler with a mean streak.  Immediate starter at RT, or could kick inside to G which is probably his best position.

2 - Malcom Brown DE/DT Texas  6'2" 320lbs

Big player with good hands.  Cannot be moved off of the ball and also has pass rush ability.  Versatile and can play any position along the line.

3 - Darren Waller WR Georgia Tech  6'5" 241lbs

Another physical freak coming out of Georgia Tech.  Good hands and uses his body well.  Still raw, but could be a touchdown machine with some experience and coaching.

3 – Derron Smith FS Fresno State  5’11” 197lbs

Matches up well in space and can cover the slot in nickel and dime.  Excellent tackler.  Plays with a full head of steam and can overrun plays.  Will need to be more disciplined in the NFL.

4 - Cody Riggs CB Notre Dame  5'9" 185lbs

Smart corner.  Diagnoses plays well.  Undersized, but makes up for it with effort.  Slot corner only, who can help in the run game and on special teams.

5 - Daryl Williams OT Oklahoma  6'6" 329lbs

Good run blocker who will probably end up at Guard, or a backup at the tackle positions.  High character, high effort, but not very athletic.

5 - J.R. Tavai OLB USC  6'2" 250lbs

High effort guy, who will probably make his biggest contributions on special teams.

5 - David Johnson RB Northern Iowa  6'1" 229lbs

Downhill runner with speed that will be a third down back.  Does have kick return experience.

6 - Justin Shirk ILB Bloomsburg  6'0" 242lbs

Instinctive and always around the ball. Good tackler who has the speed to run down ball carriers.  Relentless pass rusher, uses hand well.  Excellent coverage skills.  Sleeper potential.

7 - C J Uzomah TE Auburn  6'5" 264lbs

Not a lot of catches at the collegiate level due to Auburns system.  Has the prototypical size for TE in the NFL.  Will need to work on blocking skills.  Project who could start out on the practice squad.

7 - Jake Smith C Louisville  6'4" 304lbs

Project who shows good effort and willingness to learn.  Needs to get stronger.
