Cornerback Jalen Collins, a potential first-round NFL draft prospect, had "multiple failed" drug tests while at LSU, according to sources. David J. Phillip The No. 5 cornerback, whom some NFL draft analysts project as a first-round pick, has exceptional cover skills, above-average instincts and good ball skills, according to his ESPN/Scouts Inc. profile. Collins ran a 4.48-second time in the 40-yard dash at the scouting combine and finished among the top cornerbacks in several other drills while performing well during positional exercises. He recently underwent surgery to repair an incomplete Jones fracture in his foot.
