Could have been like: We can't put Stephenson there because he's no good on the right side but has a good preseason LT performance. Fisher's a jack of all trades..." That is quite strategy for promotion, suck at the lesser job - worked on Seinfeld, too when Elaine didn't want to work with someone when she was standing in as boss, but didn't have the guts to fire the ex-convict. It could also be he isn't what the Chiefs thought he was, and this works out best for both. The Chiefs save 1/3 M against the cap, and everyone is happy happy happy.
