The NFL did a good job offsetting the mismatches with putting the favorite on the road. After checking out the slate of week one games, in Survival Football I have to burn my Kansas City pick for the season. I can't imagine that throughout the rest of the year I'm going to have to figure out matchups like Browns @ New York Jets or Titans @ Tampa Bay. This is however the first time I've selected an underdog for a Survival League in week one. Interestingly, Yahoo! checks in at a little under 0.6% of users choosing the Chiefs as their Survival team, whereas less than half of that have given their vote of confidence to the Texans. They're either trying to save a late-season pick, or they think that Vegas' line is wrong.
