KC Warpaint 3,234
Gase, the former offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears, becomes Miami's fourth consecutive hire with no prior head-coaching experience, joining former Dolphins coaches Joe Philbin, Tony Sparano and Cam Cameron. He is considered a "quarterback guru," a highly coveted trait for Miami. He worked with quarterback Jay Cutler this season and Peyton Manning and Tim Tebow in Denver in previous seasons. The Dolphins were looking for someone who can get the best out of fourth-year quarterback Ryan Tannehill in 2016 and beyond. Tannehill was given a $96 million extension last year but has been inconsistent with a 29-35 record as a starter.

KCSLC2008 605
This puts more emphasis on when he vision, not that I trust the Dolphins nor am a Tannehill believer, but the wildcard race could get harder if Gase works out. I miss the Philbin days, because they had no real chance to really succeed with him, but hope that the Chiefs can win the division and make it not matter. ATLchief 3,126
They've got a bigger problem than coaching. That's just a shitty organization.
liquidfriend 1,151
They can hire whoever, but it amounts to nothing until they stop drafting like shit and wasting FA every year.
