KCSLC2008 606
Maybe Houston's coach looked at the film of Poe crashing into the end zone and got a wild idea. Good for the Chiefs, bad for the Texans. Well, you need to keep the QB in there for the play to work. And Poe isn't exactly an attention whore. Of course Watt was going to keep it and of course he would try to go over Wilfork's side. (Someone corrected me on this a bit, but generally, he went by Wilfork). Watt didn't have anyone to even pose a passing threat to, so how does wildcat propose to work if there's no dual threat, just "I'm going to run and jump?" Good for the Chiefs, bad for the Texans. I wondered the same thing at the time. More likely, O'Brien was so pissed at Hoyer at the time that he decided to insult him by pulling him out and doing that. If so, it was childish and not worthy of a head coach.
