Calichief 3,016
Anyone see Crabtree yesterday? Nope... And when he covered Cooper, it was all short stuff. This guy is going to be great for a long time.
West 6,714
Really good young corner. w
DieHard 2,061
Yes. Top five corner in the league. Straight speed may not match some CBs, but you better throw it perfect if you want to pick on him.
DefensiveMan 758
5 picks already a quarter into the season. Never seen a DB with his kind of hands - Maybe Rod Woodson...not even close, but he's still overrated I guess.
jetlord 10,209
Biggest concern with Peters is whether he'll keep his head on straight. Gotta like the fire, but he needs to keep control and not earn stupid penalties or get into jawing matches. That being said, Peters is probably the best top pick by the Chiefs since TG. Yeah, that's my concern about him as well, but he's really good. I like his aggression and fire also, It seems to go with the territory with the young players of this era. I'm one of the old fogeys who hates the posturing and showing off by players doing what they're paid to do. Marcus Allen had it right when he handed the ball to the official after his TDs and stated, "Just act like you've done this before." TG dunking over the goal posts didn't seem so bad because it looked like celebration rather than an "in your face" gesture, but even that shouldn't have been allowed in my book. Just play the game. DieHard 2,061
I think you let Peters be Peters. Yes, he will lose his cool and get penalties sometimes. But... if you take the fight out of the dog, you take the dog out of the fight. Rumble young man rumble.
West 6,714
I think he is trying to "keep his emotions in check"....much better the last couple of weeks. w

He probably has better hands than some of the best receivers in the league.
