Agreed. At least for this season, the QB controversy should be over. Foles came to KC to get fixed. He was better than this in Philadelphia. I am not giving up on the guy yet, but we do know now why the Rams let him go. His footwork is not good, and his release point seems to be all over the place. He really does need to be retooled. Steve Young had said that Smith is pretty good at pre-snap reads. (Of course, postsnap is not his strength). Some of the run plays he checks into as well as protection calls can help.
