jetlord 10,209
Maybe it looked differently on TV, but from our seats Hali just looked slow on a lot of plays. He didn't pressure Bortles and got one tackle. Gotta love the guy for the way he's played here in the past, but right now he's not getting the job done. When Houston comes back, expect to see Hali only in for spot duty. It's also time to see if Dadi has anything.
liquidfriend 1,151
Hali's legs are just toast. No other way to put it.
oldtimer 8,686
interesting take. I thought the same thing that he just looked tired and worn out..still loads of Heart tho. If Ford wasn't coming around we would of been in deep dodo in regards to pass rush. Houston's ability to play came not a minute too soon.
SEMO 6,811
If and when he retires, I hope they bring him back in some kind of coaching role. The guy is a great leader and teacher. A lot a Ford's maturity can be attributed to Tamba.
West 6,714
Agree, but don't give up on the guy. These players have all sorts of injuries that they are playing through week after week. My guess is that Tamba is playing through lots of issues that we do not know about. w

DefensiveMan 758
He should only be a spot player anyways. He hasn't practiced fully in about three years. He can come and contribute when Houston gets back to his normal self. He can still be dangerous in a spot role.
