Lots of injuries and KC offense can not keep them off the field KC Offense will never be great as long as REID calls the plays. Even with a better QB his offense is out of touch with todays NFL. Jeff Hostetler won a Super Bowl with the Giants. Doug Williams won a Super Bowl with the Skins. McMahon won one with Da Bears. Yes, it can be done, but the rest of the team has to be superior in every other aspect. It's hard. Plus, Smith has to be at his best. He clearly is not at his best thus far this season.
