azchief21 5,278
Where I live, that have a forecast would mean that it was a hot sunny day because they are frequently wrong when it comes to five days out. Our forecasters have it easy. We have 2 seasons. Hot and warm

dhitter 1,424
I just got through watching the Chiefs-Steelers game from earlier this season. It's clear the Steelers play an emotional brand of football feeding off their fans. They won't have that at Arrowhead. Also, the Chiefs did everything they could do to give it to the Steelers. On our first possession we were moving the ball. And then Pittsburgh started getting pressure....a bad pass, a sack and a throwaway leads to a punt. We stopped the Steelers on their first drive. But Ware fumbles two plays later. Heyward Bay gets past the defense on a blown coverage for an easy TD. Pittsburgh gets the 2 point conversion. Next drive Alex has a pass tipped at the line of scrimmage and intercepted down to the 4. Next play is a quick slant to Brown. Down 2 scores. Kickoff-- Niles Davis tries to channel Gale Sayers and runs backwards toward our own goal line to get around the pursuit and gets tripped up at like the 2...putting us in a hole. We get 1 first down and then have to punt. Colquitt shanks the punt and it goes like 20 yards setting the Steelers up nicely for TD #3. I could go on but that start was probably as bad as you can get. Almost a perfect storm of ineptness with all phases contributing to it. Chiefs had no prayer in that game because two teams were trying to beat them...the Steelers and themselves. Eliminate the mistakes and see what happens.
