They "hope" Poe will be with the team this year, but that hope is pretty shallow. For all practical purposes he is gone. Houston has a very good CB they want to try and keep, an excellent WR to retain (too bad we didn't take him over our mediocre LT) and maybe getting a vet QB to win on.
