Nagy on Mahomes: "He has really really good field vision, REALLY good"

His career could outlast those of Houston and Berry, and he came into the league years before either. He's got more playoff wins than either. What else do you have?

Thats actually a good barometer. Comparing QBs to LBs and DBs is always an accurate way to judge a body of work. Definitely apples to apples.

I have to disagree here. It's oranges to oranges. But I guess it's better than comparing lemons? Now, melons, on the other hand...

People are trying to have things both ways: 'Smith hasn't been clutch' and 'He's where he is because of his team'. Well, if that's so, where has his team been?

Good to hear. Hope they don’t beat the gun slinger out of him by harping on protect the ball to much. Want to see him just go and not worry to much about dumping it off if there is no separation.

That won't happen.  This isn't Herm and Dick Curl coaching the team, and coaching the gunslinger out of Croyle.  Andy and by extension Nagy, want their QBs to wing it.   Andy has been on Alex for years to let it rip, and he finally got through to him a little this year, with a big assist by drafting a QB that is the very definition of letting it rip, to show Alex what Andy wanted from him all along.   Unfortunately for Alex and his time in KC, too little, too late.

Finally we have a tangible stat you feel is important to evaluate talent. Playoff wins. Guess we can now agree Aaron Rodgers is much better thsn Alex.
