I don’t know that they’ve quit as much as they’ve lost their confidence and belief. When the offense can’t even get a first down it puts more pressure on the defense. While I don’t think our defense is bad by any stretch , I do know they aren’t good enough to hold teams to 10-14 points regularly, and there aren’t many nfl defenses that are.
