Andy should be forced to fire Sutton and cut pretty much everyone but Houston and Berry on defense and let the new defensive coordinator pick players for their scheme. It wasn't just that they gave up 11 or 12 third down successes to the Jets, it's that so many were third and long. The penalties on the last Jets possession were stupid and killers. How about having four minutes left to make up two points? Nope, gotta get a stupid penalty that had nothing to do with the play. Then the OAK game replay. This team seems to have quit or at least some of the players have. Time to clean house, time to give Mahomes a shot. He wouldn't have scored more points than Smith did today, but the Chiefs might have extended some drives and given the defense a reasonable amount of rest. Time to rid the team of DAT, Gaines, Irving. Revis was a joke today but Mitchell wasn't much better. Peters is not only a head case, teams have figured he plays off so far they can throw in front of him all day. Of course, on third and a foot, Reid had to get cute again with a pass to an eligilbe tackle. Another possession wasted. I've given up on this year. Did Reid call another stupid play. Looked like smith played well. How did the running game look? This game reminds of the raiders game. Can't finish with immature players.
