PAChiefsFan79 136
Great interview. Loved his perspective on when he played and the Weis and Haley input. Loved how he talked about calling plays in practice and how hard it is. Loved his perspective on Alex Smith. Great interview. I am glad this coaching staff know how to check their ego at the door and make changes.
Calichief 3,016
My guess, is the players were also frustrated with Reid’s play calls. “Predictable” is a word lilja used multiple times. Also playing to guys strengths instead of being too creative etc.
Chiefmanzada 466
100% happy Reid isn’t calling plays. Focus on coaching and designing and adjusting, not playcalling. I haven’t seen the offense dink and dunk and beg the defense to save their sorry ass since Reid was playcalling.
Chiefmanzada 466
Let Smith loose, he’s clearly in a position to throw it all on the table. You can’t establish a strong offensive rhythm without stretching the damn field
