So is Dirk staying in Tampa. I was feeling that VJ might get another year. The Offense is terrible in Denver and they were mediocre last year because Kubiak is an Offensive wizard. VJ had one year of experience as a coordinator before Elway hired him. He can't manage personnel, the clock, or anything else. You can get him Joe Montana in his prime and VJ is still clueless. Football is a simple game, it's really damn simple. It's amazing to me that some coaches are so stupid they literally cannot manage the game clock.
