MisChief-Maker 135
The draft just took on a whole new meaning to us now, so the question is do we go for a CB or target another area? Roquan Smith Is who I'd get as I think decent Cb's will fall to the 2nd round anyway.
kkuenn 3,605
Jackson, CB, in the 1st and Jewell,ILB in the 2nd or 3rd if he falls to there. Grab and pay for a DL stud in FA and use our other 3rds for LG and TE.

DieHard 2,061
Trade it for a stud pass rusher unless there is one in the draft. More corners at this point is taking pain killers for a broken leg. Treating the problem instead of the symptom is all we can do IMO. We have to get after the QB. kkuenn 3,605
Somebody is a Hawkeye fan Yes but I have seen both play a lot. Jackson has great speed, 6'1" and 195 pounds that will tackle plus can play man or zone and bump the WR. Jewell was a finalist for the butkus award last year, all time leading tackler for Iowa and can cover as he was asked to fo so in Iowa's scheme. He played hurt this year and is nit afraid to plug the hole. Great guy next to Ragland. I think Jackson goes before 23rd though.
SEMO 6,812
Depends how the board falls, of course, but Jackson would be fine. Could upgrade safety with James or Harrison. Or the pass rush with Landry.
MisChief-Maker 135
The pick is gonna open up a whole new conversation now as we're gonna have options. Smith, Hernandez, Davenport, Landry etc. This is the only silver lining in a pretty sad day tbh.
liquidfriend 1,151
Would have to be pass-rush
Palangi 788
I'd like to get Taven Bryan DT out of Florida. He gets compared to Watt but I think he is similar to Suh. At 6'4" 300 he would be a good DE tandem with Jones. Bryan is very quick off the ball and powerful. https://youtu.be/GkRFCVz8mCY
kkuenn 3,605
I guess we will have to wait and see what we get in FA. That will really help us kind of zone in on players that would be bpa and need at the time we pick.
Dablueguy 0
We have no 1st round pick, and some pretty reliable media members doubt we got one today. Unfortunately.
soonerborn77 276
Maybe it’s just me but why would you trade a proven young CB just to draft a unproven CB
West 6,714
I do not project on the draft until I see what the team is going to do in free agency. Also, as stated by others, we do not know what KC got for Marcus Peters. w
